To set up online account access, please fill out and return the appropriate Online Access Form to your representative. To send it directly to FMSI, fax it New Accounts at 309-820-7451 or email it to newaccounts@firstmidwestsecurities.com

Forgotten/Lost User ID/Password
If you have forgotten or lost your Pershing/Legent online user ID or password Online Support can reissue it. To help protect your accounts, we will not provide your user ID or password over the internet via e-mail. Please contact our online support staff at, (800)662-8452 Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST). When contacting support have your account number, current mailing address (on file), and Social Security Number ready.

Change Cookie Settings/Clear Cache
If you remember your user ID and password but are having difficulties logging in you may have to change your cookie settings or clear your cache.

Disabled Account
If your account becomes disabled, contact Online Support by phone, toll-free, at (800)662-8452 Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST). When contacting support have your account number, current mailing address (on file), and Social Security Number ready.
